Tobacco and Sales Taxes
Remittance of both State Tobacco and State Sales taxes are the responsibility of the customer. FordOnFifth.com does not collect or pay these taxes for you. This applies to all customers except those in the state of Arizona.
Packing
All of our cigars are handled with the utmost care. We take pride in knowing that when you receive your order the products will be in great condition and ready to smoke. Each order is double checked for accuracy and quality. Each order is packed in an airtight bag with a Humidipak (if ordered), a heavy duty box and finally surrounded with cushioning packing materials. We open many full box orders before shipment to check for quality and we, of course, leave all insert type material in the box for the customer.
Shipping
Nearly all orders will be sent the same day as when the order was placed. Orders that arrive very late in the afternoon may slip to the next business day. Orders that are placed by 4:00 PM MST will likely be sent the same day. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made at the time of order (APO FPO orders ship USPS Priority Mail).
**** Shipping costs to Countries outside the United States will be charged accordingly. Our rates are for shipping to the United States, we must charge the exact amount for shipments outside the USA. Currently we only ship to Australia, Canada and the USA and its outlaying territories.
Some smaller packages may be shipped Priority Mail at our discretion.
Insurance is taken on every shipment to protect both the customer and FordOnFifth.com. In the unfortunate instance that a shipment arrives damaged you must Email us immediately and we can begin the process of getting the items returned to us and getting a new shipment out to you.
Returns/Refunds
While we strive to offer only the finest smokes available, customers tastes vary, therefore FordOnFifth.com cannot guarantee that you will absolutely love every smoke that you purchase from us. If you are ever unsatisfied with any cigar, for whatever reason, simply contact us within five (5) business days after receipt of the cigars and we will instruct you on how to return the un-smoked cigars to us for credit or a refund.
In the rare and unfortunate instance the box arrives damaged, please note the damage with UPS and notify us by email as soon as possible. We will replace damaged goods immediately.
No Selling To Minors
In accordance with United States Tobacco laws, Ford On Fifth will not sell products (cigars) to minors. All orders shall be sent via United Parcel Service or Federal Express and will require an adult (18 years or older) to sign for the package. Please do not attempt to order any products if you are under age 18. We can not refund the shipping charges if the package is returned due to no signature.
Privacy Policy
FordOnFifth.com respects the privacy of its customers and visitors. We will not provide any outside firms with any personal information. We do however reserve the right to provide generic information to our users and manufacturers to help them understand the consumer better. For example, we may tell a manufacturer that we sell more Natural wrapper cigars than Maduro wrapper cigars, but not tell them who our customer is.
